Despite a few last minute cry-offs, a creditable 51 nirsc members enjoyed a great night out at Shu restaurant on Friday 16th January 2009. 

Billed in advance as a “chance to relax and download after the Christmas madness” the evening did not under deliver with excellent food and convivial company meaning the “time gentlemen, please” came all too early but managed the all-important trick of leaving everyone keen for a repeat.
