Credit Crunch Challenges Facing Centre Managers
20 Centre Managers took part in this workshop held at Stranmillis. The object was to initiate and facilitate discussion among Centre Managers on the subjects of reducing Service Charge costs and dealing with the results of these cut-backs and other issues arising from the current challenging economic climate, including juggling Landlord, Managing Agent, Retailer and Customer expectations and managing Marketing Budgets.
This open discussion raised many interesting points and provided not only food for thought but concrete leads for many of those taking part. A note of the main points will be drafted and posted on this site in the near future. |
