‘With nearly 20 years experience in property management, John Gray now heads the Service Charge Department at SGP, acting as Service Charge consultant to retailers such as Marks & Spencer having previously been Service Charge Manger at Next and TK Maxx. A former chair of the PMA, John has sat on various BCSC committees including the working party that produced the RICS Code of Practice – Service Charges in Commercial Property.
